User Agreement
1. Creating Your Account
By registering with Myst un Lock Lottery, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and currently living in Darwin, Australia. Submitting misleading data breaches Australian gambling standards and can lead to permanent suspension.
2. Regulatory Obligations
Participants must adhere to all relevant gambling laws across Australian jurisdictions. Myst un Lock Lottery holds a valid license from Western Australia, ref: NTIL 21-062, and complies with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
3. Lottery Entries
All lottery transactions are conclusive and cannot be reversed. Any prize unclaimed after a 12-month window will be redirected to community projects across regional Australia, per statutory rules.
4. Claiming Winnings
Payouts exceeding AUD$5,000 mandate verification of your identity under AUSTRAC guidelines. While lottery gains are generally exempt from tax in Australia, reporting obligations might apply elsewhere.
5. Restricted Conduct
Engaging in masked access via VPN, deploying bots, or unauthorized group play contravenes our terms and could breach national gambling compliance laws.
6. Account Protection
You're solely accountable for protecting your account details. Report any suspicious activity to support@mystunlocklottery.com. In serious cases, we may request formal police documentation.
7. Return & Refunds
Refunds are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law. If a technical glitch causes duplicate entries, we’ll assess it individually within 5–7 working days.
8. User Behavior
Any use of offensive content, impersonation, or threats will result in prompt account suspension. Complaints may also be lodged with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
9. Liability Scope
Myst un Lock Lottery disclaims liability for unforeseen technical failures. Our financial responsibility under law is capped at the cost of the lottery ticket(s) affected.
10. Copyright & Ownership
All digital assets and trademarks belong to Myst un Lock Lottery. Any unauthorized replication violates the Copyright Act 1968 and may trigger legal recourse.
11. Handling Disputes
Should disagreements occur, we’ll initiate mediation via the Perth Office of Responsible Gambling. If unresolved, matters may advance to court under WA jurisdiction.
12. Policy Updates
Changes to our terms take effect right after they are posted. Your continued activity implies agreement. Major amendments will be shared via email 30 days in advance.
